Dave Evans, owner of Evans Development LLC got his first experience in the construction industry back in the early 1980's. Working for a family owned construction and Development Company in the Bellevue area. Being a 3rd generation contractor/developer, Dave has learned through the years there is only one way to build anything and that is "Perfect is good enough".
In the last 25 years, Dave has been involved in commercial buildings, multi-family and single-family homes. In the last several years, Dave has developed and sold over 175 single-family lots.
Dave formed Maple Terrace LLC to construct the 34 patio homes under construction in Wenatchee. Dave also has several new developments up on Burch Mountain slated for next season: keep your eyes out for this new comer.
