    In-depth knowledge and understanding of jurisdictional zoning codes, comprehensive plans, rules and regulations.

  • Pre-Design Sevices

    Collaborate with the owner and planner to come to a consensus regarding various options available for proposed project. 


    Determine the desired goal of the owner for a concise and clear plan to move the project forward in an efficient manner.



    Prepare research papers for individuals inquiring about a specific use of their property or what uses are allowed.  


    Depending on inquiry, research will include zoning, comprehensive plan, dimensional standards, permitted uses, critical areas, subdivision.


    When necessary, request and research public records related to a specific parcel or development


    Work hand-in-hand with client(s) who are seeking a rezone of their property.

  • Design Development

    Collaborate with the client to identify goals and strategies which will be utilized throughout the entire project.


    Investigate potential areas of concern or constraints that may hinder the project.

  • Project Management

    Ability to have an open, fair, knowledgeable dialogue with owners, staff members of various agencies, developers, realtors to determine best course of action to advance a proposed project.


    Develop relationships with various governmental entities creating trust and understanding between the public and private sector.


    Attendance at public hearings; awareness of code changes which may impact client’s project.

  • Master Planning

    A planned community or development is any community that was carefully planned from its inception and is typically constructed on previously undeveloped land. 

  • Urban & Regional Planning

    Applying scientific, and technical processes, considerations, and features that are involved in planning for land use. 


    Urban planning includes techniques such as zoning, geographic mapping and analysis, analyzing park space, allocating healthcare and social services, and analyzing the impact of land use.
