When necessary, request and research public records related to a specific parcel or development
Work hand-in-hand with client(s) who are seeking a rezone of their property.
Collaborate with the client to identify goals and strategies which will be utilized throughout the entire project.
Investigate potential areas of concern or constraints that may hinder the project.
Ability to have an open, fair, knowledgeable dialogue with owners, staff members of various agencies, developers, realtors to determine best course of action to advance a proposed project.
Develop relationships with various governmental entities creating trust and understanding between the public and private sector.
Attendance at public hearings; awareness of code changes which may impact client’s project.
